Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Mobleaf("Mobleaf", "we", "us", "our"), based in Konak, İzmir, Türkiye, and you ("you", "user") regarding your use of the Print PlusiOS application and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Print Plus is — and what it is not

Print Plus is an independent productivity and printing app for iPhone. It helps you create, edit, scan, and print documents, and discover Wi-Fi printers on your local network using standard networking protocols (Bonjour / mDNS, Apple AirPrint, and IPP) and iOS system services provided by Apple Inc.

Mobleaf is not a printer manufacturer. Print Plus is not developed, published, licensed, endorsed, sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Xerox, Lexmark, or any other printer manufacturer, including but not limited to their parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates. All references to printer brands, product lines, and model names are made solely for the purpose of describing printer compatibility. All trademarks, logos, brand names, and product names are the property of their respective owners and remain with those owners. Use of those marks on our website and inside the app does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

Printer compatibility depends entirely on your printer's firmware and network configuration, and on the third-party protocols and services listed above — not on any agreement between Mobleaf and a printer manufacturer.

2. License to use Print Plus

Subject to these Terms, Mobleaf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control. You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law permits;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Some features require an active Print Plus Premium subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions are billed by Apple via your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where refunds are required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service;
  • use the Service to print content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise violates the rights of others;
  • attempt unauthorized access to Service systems, user accounts, or third-party networks;
  • distribute malware, worms, or other harmful code through or to the Service;
  • use automated scraping, bots, or similar tools on our website without written permission;
  • disrupt or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' devices on your network.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents, photos, and files you process with the Service. Mobleaf does not claim any rights over your content, does not read it, and does not retain copies of it on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for details).

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Mobleaf a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service, without obligation to compensate you.

7. Third-party services and trademarks

The Service interacts with third-party services (Apple App Store, Apple AirPrint, iOS system frameworks, Firebase, Google Analytics, and your own printer manufacturer's network stack). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Mobleaf is not responsible for the availability, behavior, or content of third-party services.

All printer brand names, model numbers, and logos referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use is descriptive only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

8. Service modifications and availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee compatibility with every printer model, firmware version, document format, or network configuration. Printing behavior depends on your printer, your router, and the third-party protocols and services used by the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mobleaf and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Mobleaf's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Mobleaf in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobleaf and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14).

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, Türkiye.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Mobleaf only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service as they apply to your use of the Service, the Apple App Store Terms of Service will govern solely to the extent of that conflict. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
