Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mobleaf ("Mobleaf", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Print PlusiOS application and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.
Mobleaf is based in Konak, İzmir, Türkiye. Questions about this policy may be sent to support@mobleaf.com.
1. What Print Plus actually does
Print Plus is a productivity and printing app that helps you create, edit, scan, and print documents from your iPhone. The app discovers and communicates with Wi-Fi printers on your local network using standard networking protocols— Bonjour / mDNS service discovery, Apple's AirPrint framework, and IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) — along with iOS system services provided by Apple.
We are not a printer manufacturer and we do not have any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Xerox, Lexmark, or any other printer brand. Brand names and trademarks on our website and inside the app are used only to describe compatibility. They are the property of their respective owners. We do not represent any of them.
Print Plus does not upload, store, proxy, or read the content of the documents, photos, or files you print. Print jobs travel directly from your device to your printer over your local Wi-Fi network.
2. Information we collect
a. Information you provide
Print Plus does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal identifier to use the app. If you contact support, we will receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and message content) for the purpose of responding to you.
b. Content you create, print, scan, or import
Documents and files you create, print, scan, or import — whether from your photo library, email clients, cloud services, or built-in tools such as templates and editors — are processed on your device and, when printed, transmitted directly to your printer on your local network. We do not upload these files to our servers, we do not read them, and we do not keep copies of them.
c. Device and usage information
Like most apps and websites, we collect limited technical information to operate, diagnose, and improve the Service:
- Device model, operating system version, app version, language, region
- Anonymous feature usage events — never the content of your files
- Crash reports and performance metrics
- Printer model strings reported by the printer during discovery (used to improve compatibility)
- On our website: IP-derived approximate country, browser, pages visited, referrer, when you have consented to analytics cookies
d. Purchase information
When you subscribe to Print Plus Premium, the transaction is handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple shares with us a receipt token that lets us verify your subscription status; Apple does not share your payment method, full name, or billing address with us.
3. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Diagnose bugs, improve printer compatibility, and measure feature quality
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in aggregate (no individual targeting or profiling)
- Respond to support requests
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Comply with applicable laws and legal requests
4. Permissions Print Plus requests on iOS
- Local Network — required to discover printers on your Wi-Fi via Bonjour/mDNS
- Photos — if you choose to print a photo from your library
- Camera — if you use the Scan feature
- Files — if you pick a document from iCloud or other providers
Each permission is optional and requested only when the relevant feature is used. You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Third parties
We use the following processors. Each receives only the minimum data necessary to provide its function:
- Apple App Store — app distribution, purchase handling, and subscription management
- Apple AirPrint / iOS system services — printer communication on the local network (no data leaves your network)
- Firebase (Google LLC) — anonymous crash reporting and performance metrics
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — website analytics, loaded only after you grant cookie consent
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertising partners beyond aggregate, anonymous campaign measurement. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of Mobleaf, our users, or the public.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Print Plus website uses essential cookies for core functionality. Analytics and advertising-related cookies fire only after you explicitly accept them via the cookie banner. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with denied defaults until you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage or revisiting the consent banner.
7. International transfers
Mobleaf operates from Türkiye. Some processors listed above (Apple, Google) may process data in the United States, the European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions. By using the Service you understand that your data may be transferred to countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, delete, or port your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
EEA and UK residents have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA (including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights; Print Plus does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA). Turkish residents have rights under KVKK (Law No. 6698). Because Print Plus does not require an account and does not collect personally identifying information by default, many of these rights have nothing to act on — but you may still contact us to exercise them. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Data retention
Anonymous analytics events and crash reports are retained for up to 14 months and then automatically deleted. Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to provide support and to comply with our legal obligations.
10. Children
Print Plus is rated 4+ and is safe for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited data we process. Print jobs themselves stay on your local network and never reach our servers. That said, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security against events beyond our control.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
